Where do you ship?
Canada only, for now. We're a small-batch operation and ship by stamped mail, so no tracking yet. Tracked shipping and international are on the roadmap as we grow.
Is my order tracked?
Not yet. We're keeping shipping simple while we're small. If a package is delayed, message us and we can share proof of what we sent out.
Are the stickers waterproof? Can I put them on a water bottle, laptop, or outside?
Yes! They're vinyl with a laminated layer on top, so they're waterproof, scratch-resistant, and hold up on basically everything we've tested.
What size are the stickers?
Around 3 inches for now. As the collection grows we'll offer small / medium / large options.
Can I request a custom sticker?
Yes! If you like our art style and want your own creative twist, DM @noonidesigns to chat. Please reach out well in advance so we have time to sketch, revise, and print.
Do you take private henna bookings?
Not many yet. But if you're at Carleton or uOttawa during the fall/winter semesters, we can meet up on campus for henna sessions and cone pickups.
Is your henna safe for sensitive skin?
I grew up with eczema and sensitive skin, so my formula is deliberately simple and natural: 100% pure henna powder, hand-squeezed lemon juice, regular sugar, water, and high-quality eucalyptus essential oil. That's it. No synthetic dyes, no PPD, no fillers.
Do you offer refunds?
As a really small business we can't offer official refunds, but if your order arrives damaged or defective we'll replace it wherever that's reasonable for both of us. We keep a record of everything shipped and can share proof if you'd like.
